Pemeriksaan Antibody Dengue Pada Darah Donor di PMI Kabupaten Sleman Dengan Metode Rapid Test

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by Virus (DENV), which concluding serotypes (1-4) through mosquito bites and transmitted into humans. DHF endemic has increasing cases every year in almost region Indonesia, such as Kabupaten Sleman. Currently, screening for Infectious Diseases Transmitted Blood Transfusion blood donor only requires Hepatitis B, C, HIV, Syphilis, despite any other diseases Dengue. Therefore, this study needs to detect the IgG/IgM antibodies on obtained from PMI Sleman ensure safety good quality of donor. This research method used descriptive observational samples are Examining was accomplished rapid test method. The results showed that all were non-reactive Syphilis Transfusion. There 16 (51,72%) reactive 13 (44,83%) divide four groups, there 7 (24,14%) type A,Rh+; 1 (3,45%) sample Rh+; 2 (6,90%) with B,Rh+; AB,Rh+ 6 (20,69%) AB, Rh+. Moreover, 15 17-30 years-old age group 31-40 group.
